- Users, event organizers, venues, and DJs are solely responsible for using lawful music sources, complying with third-party service terms, and obtaining all permissions and licenses required for their events.
- The software and its song metadata are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Data Provenance Notice
The embedded song catalog was independently assembled with AI assistance from general factual music metadata and subsequently reviewed and corrected by the project author. It was not intentionally copied from a ranked chart, proprietary “top songs” list, or commercial music database.
The catalog contains factual reference fields such as decade, song title, artist, release year, and general genre. It contains no lyrics, album artwork, audio recordings, rankings, reviews, or copies of third-party videos. YouTube actions create external search queries from artist and title; the project does not select, host, embed, or download a recording.
Metadata may contain errors or differing editorial classifications. Corrections and substantiated rights concerns are welcomed through the public-release contact address.
